Privacy Policy

This document constitutes the notice of privacy for purposes of the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals (the "LFPDP") and the provisions associated with it. This Privacy Notice applies to personal information provided by you to GINECOLOGIA INTEGRAL GDL SC, from now on BIOFERTILITY CENTER (BFC) in his capacity as Head. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Privacy Notice, the Contractor acknowledges that not require consent to the processing of personal data by the Manager or third parties in any of the cases mentioned in Article 10 of the LFPDP.

Responsible for processing personal data

BFC may use your personal data for other purposes, provided that such goals are compatible and can be considered analogous to the above.
Your personal data will be processed only for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes described and / or in accordance with established by the applicable laws.

Security of personal data
BFC implemented security measures, technical, administrative and physical steps to protect your personal data and prevent damage, loss, alteration, destruction or use, unauthorized access or treatment.
